My son is 18 and moving to Illinois. At first, he found a super nice agent of another company to ship his truck. The nightmare started right after we signed an order on 8/16. We called multiple times everyday after 8/16 trying to confirm that she is working on this case and will be able to find a carrier. Nobody answered. We left multiple voice mails. Nobody called back. Called her supervisor and left message. Nobody called back. Called other agent with the same company for help and nobody can find the order in the system. New agent asked me to place another order, which I did not feel confortable doing. For three weeks, we cannot find this person at all. In the meantime, my son moved to Illinois and was calling me everyday begging me to ship his truck.

I am so glad that I found Rachael and her colleagues at AmeriFreight. They came to my rescue. They found me a carrier in two days and we shipped the truck in four. It arrived in perfect conditions within four days. You have no idea how much joy I felt when I heard my son saying "Dad, thank you and I love you" over the phone 2000 miles away.

Unfortunately, my nightmare with the first company was not over. On 9/6, after three silent weeks and after I had shipped the truck with AmeriFreight, suddenly the first agent called to inform us that she dispatched a carrier and had charged me the full amount already. After three weeks of total silence. Never bother to contact any of us. No professional curtesy. Never give us a quick call saying that she is still there working on the case. Not even confirm with me that I will be here to meet the carrier or the truck is still available here. It took me several hours to fight her off over the phone and several phone calls to my credit card company. Worst nightmare.

I am so glad that I was saved by angels at the end and there are still some good guys in this industry.
