This is my second time using Amerifreight and with Mr. Graham Turner as my principal contact.

The initial coordination began about four months before the car needed to be shipped. During the process the car that was to be shipped was sold but my need to ship a car still existed. There was no issue with changing the vehicle type (Dodge Stratus to Suzuki SX4). Also, when I had to change data about the recipient there was no issue with that. Each time Mr. Turner was very fast in turning around the information and when I had to call Mr. Turner was always available.

The pick-up and delivery were with in the time line originally agreed to.

What I am grateful for:
1) I know how the car shipping system works.
2) I had enough time to coordinate this effectively.
3) I had a contact in a company that I have a good professional relationship with.
