Amerifreight dispatchers were very difficult to get ahold of. I was very disappointed by the poor communication. I left messages and called throughout most of the day, but had little success at reaching my dispatcher. The carrier they arranged for me, however, provided good service. Delivery was on time and unlike Amerifreight, was easy to reach.
