The process of shipping a vehicle literally across the country was a very uneasy subject until I was put in touch with Graham at Amerifreight. He was able to discuss all of our options regarding pricing, dates, insurances, and carriers. Although the actual shipment did not occur until several weeks after the initial inquiry, the representative remained patient and available to assist when shipment was required. Searching for a new quote, graham gave a very accurate estimate of what the cost would be. They were able to communicate with both myself and the vehicle purchaser about details. The company that was eventually selected provided a great customer service as well. The carrier showed on time and even waited while we had minor windshield chip repaired prior to shipment. It was great to have such a friendly and flexible driver/carrier. Both parties involved in the process were very happy with the entire transaction and would most definitely recommend both companies for shipping needs. Thanks so much Graham and Amerifreight!!!
