Graham handled every aspect of this shipment with professionalism. We went back and forth many times over a period of a week-and-a-half and he answered every little concern of mine with patience. I had to arrange everything remotely because my teenage son was at the destination! Still, my son managed to come up $100 short of the required cash and the driver accepted a personal check from him. :-) Such a relief...I have used other shippers in the past and will definitely use Graham again!
