I've never shipped a car before so it was a learning experience for me. I felt the communication was not adequate. I had to elicit more information from the rep. Graham. I got coaching from other shipping brokers to work with my rep. Also, I didn't appreciate the "bidding process". I told Graham that I didn't want to do that and it ended up that I had to do that to get the car shipped out.

However, once we settled on the price that would get the carrier to ship my car, the carrier, Starway Logistic, LLC and the driver, Igor Timoshenko, was very good at communicating with me and my family to get the car shipped from NJ to AZ. He kept in touch with us through the whole process and delivered the car faster than we expected (5 days). He was very courteous and helped us to figure out how to open the front hood of the car when he delivered it (I bought the car from my sister and didn't know much about the car operations at that time).

I'm happy to get my car and learned alot about the process to ship the car.
