I have used vehicle shipping services from other company's before and I was not exactly thrilled that I was going to have to go through the process of shipping my vehicle again because I was never really comfortable or satisfied with the process. When I contacted AmeriFreight, Jorge was my point of contact/customer service representative and he could not have put me more at ease. The professionalism and and customer service exhibited was outstanding. From the scheduling, to the pick up, followed by the delivery he answered all of my questions was able to accomodate my specific needs with the flexibility of my delivery date. It took a great deal of stress and pressure of me in that aspect of my cross country move and I couldn't be more pleased. I will use AmeriFreight the next time I move.
