Rachel was very accommodating and on top of the job because when they went to pick up the vehicle the first time the battery was dead. I was notified, but being so busy with the move I forgot all about it. I had to have the battery replaced and I forgot to call AmeriFrieght back to reschedule another pick up but because Rachel stayed on it and had another pick up set up immediately I was able to complete the job on a timely basis. THANK YOU RACHEL! You lightened my load during a very hectic move from one end of the U.S. to the other! (San Diego, CA to Jacksonville, FL) This company is great and I definitely would recommend them and use them again in the future!
