I researched on Google to locate a broker and chose AmeriFreight. I initially contacted the broker by phone requesting a quote for shipping two vehicles from Florida to Illinois. After relaying the specifics of my vehicle transport requirements, Jessica, from AmeriFreight, promptly followed up with an emailed quote. Since this was my first experience in having vehicles shipped, I had some questions about the process that Jessica promptly answered. I received the documentation related to my auto transport request and the instructions needed to process the order which were well organized and easy to follow. The auto pick up and delivery was prompt and professional.
