Every carrier claims to have the best customer service and the most satisfied customers. This makes it tough for the businesses to differentiate themselves. I don't have things shipped very often, so I wasn't sure what to believe and who to trust. My expectations were low.

My contact, Graham, was very professional and processed my request immediately. He explained the process, the expected costs, the time frames available as well as some details about the route.

Arrangements were made within a day, the car was picked up early, and delivered ahead of schedule.

Performance was high.

The definition of quality that I like best is: Quality = Performance - Expectations. Amerifreight had high performance that greatly exceeded my expectations.
