I first called Amerifreight on 12/10/2013 to transport a 1972 Volkswagen Hightop Camper bus I just bought over the Internet. The bus was in Lake Havasu and I needed it to be shipped to Evergreen,Colorado. The seller in Arizona needed everything to be paid for and picked up by the 15th because he was leaving town for a few weeks.Since this was the first time I have transported a vehicle I compared some quotes on transport reviews.com.The review for Amerifreight showed they were highly rated by the BBB.So I started a chat with Jessica online and then she called me on the phone and explained how the bidding process works and said it would take 5-8 days.I was a little concerned because of the 15th deadline, but Jessica said she could get on the board and see what happens. Two days later a gentleman called on behalf of Jessica and told me they had a bid to get my new bus to me,I agreed to the price and gave him the go ahead. The bus was picked up on Friday and arrived on schedule on Monday.Kevin the driver called me on time on Sunday to let me Know about what time he would be in Evergreen,he also called Monday morning when he was about an hour away.Kevin was very nice and professional and got everything unloaded safely.Thank you both for such a great job and making the whole process real easy to understand and get my bus moved here safely and in such a timely manner.
