The person I dealt with initially was hard to get a hold of and being around Christmas time no one was picking up my car. As soon as I got switched over to Jessica a driver was found the very next day and 2 days later my car was picked up and on its way. It only took 5 days for the carrier to deliver my car from NY to southern California. I would deal with them again.
