It was my first time shipping a car. I shipped a small sedan from California (L.A.) to Illinois (Champaign). Bob explained the entire car delivery process to me over the phone. We then agreed on a price ($695) and waited for a carrier. Luckily, within 10 minutes, we had a carrier willing to ship for $750. I (regretfully) said no, and waited a few more days. A few days later I agreed to the $750 price with another interested carrier. They picked up my car about 3-4 hours later the same day in California. 3 days later it arrived in Illinois in perfect condition. I expected the worst since I was new to this, but everything went smoothly. Bob was great, AmeriFreight was great. I've basically found a company I can use without worry for the rest of my life. Tip to new customers: The higher you are willing to pay, the sooner your car gets shipped.
