After a horrible experience trying to use another broker to have my daughter’s car shipped from FL to CA, I contacted AmeriFreight for help. Bob explained to me exactly how the process worked. I learned that your transport request gets posted on “the board” for the auto transport companies to choose or pass on. Needing our vehicle shipped on a tight timeline, it was in my best interest to pay a little more to get my order selected immediately. The other broker failed to tell me this and as a result my order was not selected by an auto transport company. He failed to communicate the status of my order and as a result we were left in the lurch. He had no problem charging my credit card for the service I never received though! With AmeriFreight my order was picked up by KCG Auto Transport Inc. immediately. Their driver communicated with us and satisfactorily picked up & delivered as schedule. My daughter and I are grateful that we were finally able to get her car shipped to her as promised!
