Amerifreight was able to find a carrier at a good date for our family. We received our cars earlier than we expected. Since it was an open truck, our car had some salt on it from going across country in the middle of winter, nothing that a quick car wash couldn't clean up. I called the carrier 2 days before the scheduled pick up; it was a Sunday and I called several times and only got a voicemail. I called Amerifreight for assistance; someone picked up the phone (on a Sunday night), and within 3 minutes I heard from the carrier. It was a good experience.
