From the very start they were very easy to work with. I chose them because they are the #1 company that the military uses to move families and seem very trustworthy. I called and Jorge was the one in charge of my shipment. He was very courteous and professional and the quote actually came out to be cheaper than other companies. Jorge was very honest from the start saying that the number might be about $200 more than what he said after he goes out for a bid. This was fine with me and the same day he called back saying that they found a carrier and for the price that he said. I appreciate the honesty and that there were no surprises. He was quick in sending me paper work and very responsive to any questions that I had. They told me it would take 7 days to transport my car from my parents home to our new home - and they were on time. Jorge did a great job communicating with my parents for pick up and keeping me updated on the status of my car. The carrier (Daisy Car Carrier) also did a great job and contacted me for drop off and was on time as well. I appreciate how easy it was to set up my car transport and how well Jorge kept me in the loop about my car. I definitely recommend Amerifreight to anyone looking for a great company that does great service. Thank you Jorge!
