My car was shipped within the overall timeline and arrived in excellent condition.

This is the second time I've used AmeriFreight (once to ship a car from California to Georgia, this time to ship from California to the DC Metro Area). AmeriFreight is professional, prompt, and provides excellent, reliable customer service. As the broker, AmeriFreight does not have any control over the shipping process after the car has been picked up by the company actually performing the shipping. This time, I was unlucky and my car was shipped by a company which was extremely difficult to work with. In spite of this, Jorge and AmeriFreight worked with me and the company to ensure the car was delivered in a timely fashion. Jorge made sure to check in with me at regular intervals and kept me informed about the status of the transport. In addition, he flagged the company that provided poor service, and assured me that AmeriFreight keeps close tabs on their shippers' performance so that delays and poor communication are rare events.

I highly recommend AmeriFreight as a trustworthy, customer-oriented broker and plan to use them for my future shipping needs.
