I had never shipped a car before, or arranged for it. After doing plenty of research, I settled on AmeriFreight because it was well reviewed. At first it was a little hard to get from a quote to a shipping car, but that was mostly me figuring out how the business worked, and waiting for a available truck space. I had to raise the offer, but we settled on a fair price, and the car was quickly priced up from the dealer in Texas, and arrived promptly near Seattle. The driver didn't deliver all the way to my house, but given the size of the truck, this was understandable. I worked fine to drop the car off on a major road nearby. The driver communicated the status and location fine, waited for us to get there, and was easy to review the condition, and finish the transaction. There was no damage to the car (it is a high mileage used car though), and although it was dirty from the time of year and the road conditions, a car wash cleaned it up just fine.
I would use this shipper again, and recommend it to a friend.
