My Mother In Law was moving from Atlanta to the Boston Area and we needed to transport her vehicle up the eastern sea board. I looked on line and Amerifreight was the first company to pop up, I saw Amerifreight's ratings and thought - Go for it! I contacted Amerifreight and spoke with Graham Turner. He was informative, extremely courteous, and professional. He explained ALL my options thoroughly. The prices were remarkably reasonable including extra insurance that I inquired about and opted for. Originally, I opted to store the care in the Georgia facility until a driver became available. Again the fee was very reasonable. Just before I was leaving for Atlanta, Graham gave me a call and said they had found a driver that fits my time windows! The driver and I arrived at the house in Atlanta at the same time! It could not have worked out better. However, I was not going to be able to accept the delivery at the Boston end. I explained that my Brother lived one street away and he would accept the delivery. Everybody was amenable. The car was delivered in excellent time and great shape and when I arrived home from Atlanta the car was sitting in my driveway. This process could not have been easier or turned out better. Graham was there every step of the way from the beginning to follow up. Although I was offered a $50.00 discount on my total bill to write this review, I would have written it regardless. This is an excellent company that delivers what is promised and you get to talk with real people through the entire process. I would highly recommend this company!
