I needed to ship my car from Chicago to Petaluma for a new job. After reading a lot of poor reviews in the internet, I had a lot of questions and doubt. I finally called AMERIFREIGHT because of its excellent rating. Jorge answered the phone. He was very patiently and frankly to explain how the system works and what I should be aware and concern about. Then, we agreed with open shipping, insurance and price. Because the destination is not a common route, nobody liked to take this order until last day. It was an enclosure shipping and asked for $250.00 more. Jorge offered me to lower the fee and remove the extra insurance cost. Then, we had deal. My car was shipped on time and no damage and "clean". I would like to thank Jorge for all of helps. You made me a wonderful start of new job.
