I had no issues with Amerifreight in getting a driver in the timeline...They found a driver quickly and customer service was great. One thing I had an issue with was the driver they found. I had to call multiple times just to set up a pick up time and date. When he did arrive, he arrived several hours late and did not inform me so I was waiting the entire time. Also, at delivery, the driver only gave me one hour notice so we had to get a cab to the drop of point about 30 mins away. Overall, it would have been better if the driver and maybe Amerifreight kept in constant contact with us instead of the other way around. I would use AmeriFreight again, but I would just make sure it was not with the same transport company.
