Graham at Amerifreight was great; I got a great quote, and he was prompt in returning my calls. Realize that he is a middleman that sets you up with another company, and he has no control over how this company performs. Apparently my driver had a bad truck that kept breaking down ... but my car got there, and it runs, so I'm happy.
