No, we aren't talking delivery of an actual baby here, just my 1990 bmw 325i. I contacted several freight companies, but none of them were responsive or communicative like Jorge at Amerifrieght! Talk about being a pleasure to work with! This company has auto transportation down to a science.
After paying them a $250 deposit, I was contacted THAT SAME DAY with information that they had found a carrier for me. They were very upfront about all of the costs and fees. They informed me that the carrier that they had found wanted slightly more money than Amerifreight had originally quoted me, and gave me the option to accept or deny the offer. I happily accepted, considering how timely everyone was. This all happened on a Friday and my vehicle was delivered the following Thursday, as promised. The vehicle driver reached out to the auto shop where my car was being stored and reached out to me soon thereafter. He was available the entire time by phone and text, to give me updated on location and exact delivery time window.
Overall this was a very pleasureable experience. There was no hidden fees. There was no hassle. And there was no drama.
A special thanks to Jorge and the Amerifreight team for there excellent communication and clarity and explanations about how this process works. Even though this was my first time shipping a vehicle, with Jorge's help, I felt like an expert. It was one of those experiences for me that just seemed too good to be true, but the truth is, it really was THAT easy. I was pleasantly surprised and will use Amerifrieght again. Overall I would give Jorge and Amerifreight a 10/10. Thank you!!!
