This was our first time we had our car shipped anywhere, and we were quite nervous about how everything would turn out, but it all worked out very well. Graham did a very good job of explaining our options and how everything would work. It cost quite a bit, but not when we figured out the cost of flying out to pick up the car, hotels, food costs, gas, etc., etc.,not to mention the worry of having to drive across the whole country! We decided that it would be okay for us to drive it to a bigger, close city to expedite the transfer, and that's what we did. Graham kept us informed and we had the phone number of the driver, so we could find out where he was. The pickup and the delivery were both a little late, but we were prepared for that after reading how everything usually worked. Things went well and we're happy!
