I have to say thank you to Dustin for helping me ship my car. I am deployed and got the military discount easily. He worked with me on every step and answered all my questions. He was patient with me with the many changes to shipment I had. The prices were the best, the customer service was AMAZING, i wish i had this kind of customer service everywhere. If i am ever in the need to ship a vehicle again i will gladly be going back to Amerifreight and would probably be asking for Dustin again.
The only downfall of the whole experience had nothing to do with Amerifreight but the company that was scheduled to be carrying the car. The car was picked up on time and was told it would be dropped off in 3 days. They were an 1 hour late of achieving that goal. Which means they delivered it on the 4th day at 1 in the morning. That is ridiculous. I would rather have had the car arrive on the 4th day but at a decent time of day, not 1 in the morning.
But again nothing to do with Amerifreight. They were Fantastic.
