Jessica was very responsive and helpful. I was very disappointed that the actual cost came in at $4300 for my two vehicles while the Amerifreight qoute was about $3200. I feel like the company was not upfront and honest on the quote which led to me hitch my wagon with them. If it wasn't for Jessica, I would rate as 2-3 stars due to the late pickup and misquote.
