The process was pretty streamlined. I was able to get the car picked up timely and within the window promised. The car arrived with no damage and timely. The only issue was that the driver indicated he could not go into the residential area where I was having the car delivered and that he would have to drop off the car at a local grocery store. This was a bit nerve racking as work schedules had to be arranged.
But as far as ease and trust and cost, I do recommend this company. This is the second time I've shipped a car cross country and I will likely go to them again if I need to do it again.
Their customer service is very easy to manage, they call you back quickly and respond to emails timely.
