Could have been more communicative, but overall pretty good customer service

Graham was not necessarily the most warm and friendly person - sometimes he seemed annoyed to talk to me - but he was pretty knowledgeable. Just be ready to micro-manage them. I got a quote and asked AmeriFreight to go ahead and find a carrier and about a week went by without hearing anything from Graham. I would have liked him to call or email with a status update rather than having to call and check in with him myself. Also the "deposit" they ask for is actually a fee (mine was $345) so don't expect to get that back from the broker.

Once I bumped my price point up from about $1200 to $1745 then Graham was able to find a carrier very quickly and everything went smoothly from there. I loved the carrier - Avrora Express - they were very communicative and even delivered the car early without any damage or issues.
