A thoroughly wonderful service. I originally went through the Better Business Bureau to find a shipping company and Amerifreight was the one I found. I went to their website and was relieved to find it easy to navigate and understand. I entered my information on the site and received an e-mail immediately with an estimated quote. After that I called the company and immediately got a call back explaining the process in detail. Once a carrier was found, I received a detailed e-mail and a call explaining what would happen and giving me information to contact the carrier to coordinate pick-up and drop-off. I was given the final estimate and it was exactly what had been promised. No changes at the last minute. All information was upfront and made clear and all questions were answered in a respectful and honest way. Every time I called the company I either got through or got a call right back. No computers to talk to and I wasn't treated like a number. Overall I would say it was a welcome experience and reminded me of a time when customer service meant something. I will definitely recommend Amerifreight to all my friends and family!
