We spent much time researching auto transport companies to choose the right one to transport our car across country from Massachusetts to Colorado. The right company would be well reviewed, reasonably priced, and be focused on customer service. After hours of web research, Amerifreight stood out from all the others. Their informative website was so helpful in understanding just what is involved in each step of the process. And once we made contact with Jorge, it was clear that customer service was a priority. He was helpful, professional, and personable. He worked very hard to bring in an affordable price within the budget, and maintained great communication, by phone and email throughout the process. Once a carrier was scheduled, Jorge managed all the steps in the process. Any last minute questions were quickly resolved, and the car was on it’s way within 3 hours. Jorge managed communications with the driver, and kept in touch from start to finish. The entire process was without stress, the car arrived safely in 3 days, in fact, a day earlier than expected! Our experience could not have been better, and we recommend Amerifreight to anyone considering auto transportation.
