Justin made the entire transaction run very smooth on his end, from the initial quote to finding a driver to pick up the vehicle. The only issue I had was with the driver and their delivery communications, which was beyond Justin's control.
The car was picked up in Panama City, FL and was to be delivered to San Antonio. The driver called at 8am on the "delivery date" to say he was in Houston and it would take him 4 hours to get to San Antonio to make the delivery. At 5pm we had not heard back from the driver so I called him to find he was somewhere between Houston and San Antonio, still had several stops ahead of us, and would call me back in 15 minutes to let me know exactly where he was and exactly when we could expect delivery. I received no follow up call until the next morning at 1:30am when they had the car unloaded and were ready to deliver. The driver called 3 times and by the time we answered the phone it was 3am. Be aware that you're on their schedule.
We did pay for the basic service and they did get us the car in less than a week.
