In multiple phone calls, Jessica explained to me the bidding process of auto shipping industry. This explanation prepared me for any additional fees associated with the initial quote. So I knew I was not charged randomly. She is also very efficient in finding a top-class carrier. She called me promptly when a carrier was available and emailed me professionally all the time. Note: This review is about AmeriFreight, not the carrier (which is also great). It is fair and based on my sole experience.
