I recently shipped a vehicle cross country using AmeriFreight and I'm very happy that I chose them as my agent. Other agents that I contacted seemed to be in a hurry to close the deal and they were sometimes condescending, seemingly impatient when I asked questions. But not AmeriFreight. Jorge Cruz with AmeriFreight assisted me directly and I must say that his service was outstanding! Jorge was knowledgeable, courteous, professional - and patient at all times. Since I had very little experience shipping a vehicle, I had a lot of questions. Jorge carefully explained the process to me and patiently answered all my questions. And after the shipping process was underway, Jorge stayed in touch with the driver and provided me with regular updates. The vehicle was delivered as promised and with no damages or problems. And Jorge even followed up with me after the vehicle was delivered to make sure things went well. And so the question: would I use AmeriFreight (and Jorge Cruz) again if I ever need to ship another vehicle? Absolutely!!
