Amerifreight was up front and honest about the pickup location of the vehicle being "off the beaten path," and that it would likely cost a little more to get the vehicle shipped in a timely manner. I appreciated the honesty and the advice on insuring the car. Amerifreight did a good job of communicating any changes and opportunities for shipping. I had to pass on the first shipping opportunity because the seller was not able to help load the car, and Amerifreight immediately re-posted to find the next willing carrier. The trailer had a hydraulic cylinder go bad during the trip, so that was the reason the car was delivered late. Carrier called and described the situation with a revised arrival date. Overall, a good experience.
