Once I decided to move forward with AmeriFreight, they pretty quickly found a truck. I felt they were honest with me about the challenges of the process and some of the risks. The industry as a whole is a little scary as the truckers are separate from the company dispatching your order (and seems like accountability could easily get lost with what isn't covered under the trucker insurance), which is why I went with a company that seems to want to protect their reputation and honor a A rating on the BBB. I felt that they were not trying to tell me what I wanted to hear, but just how the process works.
While the truck was a day late, that was understandable with the freak snow storm we had. Car arrived just fine and I'm pleased with the service.
If I was to ship again, AmeriFreight would be a top choice.
