AmeriFreight provided professional and courteous service regarding the auto transport quote. Reminders were timely. They also provided access to links related to transport reviews and rankings. The only negative was the point of delivery of our car as it was not delivered to the agreed delivery address but to an alternate location which required us to drive over an hour to get it. The reason for that according to the carrier CAA Transport was they would not deliver to Monterey, CA. Now that we are at Monterey I have to say that there is plenty of nearby locations where CAA Transport could have delivered much closer to Monterey for instance Salinas, CA instead of San Jose that is almost hour and a half away. Overall, not a bad experience. We are satisfied with their service as the car was picked up and delivered on the previously selected dates.
