This was my first time using a vehicle transport company and I was truly impressed! I did a ton of research and knew that I needed to be very selective and ask all the right questions. I was aware that there could be hidden fees and fine print that I needed to pay particular attention to. After speaking with several companies, I never received that complete "comfort" feeling to contract with them. Upon phoning AmeriFreight, after reading their impressive reviews, I knew I made the right connection. I was blessed to have Jessica answer my call and be our agent for this process. She listened to my need for specific pick-up / delivery dates, my concerns about the care of our vehicle and answered all of my questions. She was very professional, with a personal touch! Her quote for an enclosed carrier was by far the best, and she ensured I understood every aspect of what I was contracting for. I was communicated with every step of the way with both phone calls and e-mails, very promptly. I would most definitely will use AmeriFreight again shoudl the need arise, with a special request for Jessica.
