It took a long time to find a carrier for my car. I guessed it was my fault for contacting them so late in the game. I was very anxious, because this was my first time shipping. They could have been more communicative about the whole process.
My other complaint would be the price. It was quoted at a lower price, but the carrier would only ship for 1250. I didn't know that the quoted price could change depending on the carrier. I felt that this should have been made more clear at the beginning. They might have quoted the car for a much lower price just to get my business initially. I was so desperate for my car to be moved that I decided to just pay the higher asking price.
The carrier was great, it took only 2 days to arrive, much earlier than expected - so no complaints there.
Overall, a so-so experience for me.
