I'd researched and called three other companies before contacting AmeriFreight. My original conversation was with Jorge, followed up with Graham. Jorge was patient, answered as many questions as I needed, and detailed the entire process from start to finish. Our trucker, B-Line (Roman) was completely professional, meticulous and kept us informed from before pick-up of vehicle until the receipt exchanged our hands. I was, originally, nervous in the need of using an auto-transport company; however, since AmeriFreight's experience, have no problems utilizing their services again.
