Justin was very knowledgeable and clear about the process to get my vehicle transported.
He was also very honest about the time and possible delays since I contacted him for a Holiday weekend. Justin was also available every time I needed a question to be answered and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. In general the process was very smooth.
my husband didn't like the fact that I had to give my CC number before having a transporter but as Justin assured me it didn't get charged until we agreed on the transportation details.
