We apologize for us not living up to our customers expectations. We are always working as best we can to ensure our customers the lowest possible rate but then also expect customers to be patient till we can find a carrier prepared to ship it at the rate due to an opening on the truck or a cancellation. We are happy that our customer had another carrier ship the vehicles for her and understand her thoughts and complaints. We will work harder to do better for our customers, as is our policy.
