Not knowing what to expect, i was hesitant when I called - and was transferred to Ali Miller. I live in a very rural area and expected difficulties in shipping. Ali, however, made it easy. She was dedicated to excellant customer service, truly listened, was prompt and always available for help and to answer the smallest concern or question [kept me in the loop all the way], the driver exhibited the same care and concern [and delivered the vehicle without a scratch]. Organizations are made up of people, in this case I would hire again in a heartbeat, Ali was a relentless ally
