I used AmeriFreight to ship my car from Williamsburg, VA to Houston, TX. The overall experience is good. Ali did a great job on explaining the shipping process and the shipping cost range to me and trying to find me a carrier under my budget. The estimated delivery date is supposed to be on Aug. 4th so I can receive the car by myself, but the driver delivered it on July 28th (it only took three days to deliver my car, very efficient carrier) which is a week earlier than estimated. Luckily, it was Sunday so my friend was able to receive my car for me. I wouldn't blame the broker for the incident since I didn't confirm with the carrier about the delivery date myself in advance. Although there was something unexpected happened, it turns out fine. Therefore, I would still recommend AmeriFreight to anyone who needs to ship a car.
