The entire experience from my first email to car delivery was extremely positive. Graham explained the process clearly and accurately. He was responsive and called with updates on progress of locating transport. He was able to secure driver to transport car at the price initially quoted. Transport company also responsive and called with information when they said they would. Car arrived when promised. No damage. I needlessly worried about this process. Every step of the way was great. I am a very satisfied customer.
