Amerifreight did a great job in finding me a 98% rated carrier that ensured I would get my car in 7 to 9 days. Lecia was excellent as a customer service rep, she found a company within the hour of me calling and started the process right away. However, the carrier company Oceandrive promised a delivery date between Friday evening and Saturday night, but the truck got here a day early. Normally I would have liked that, but I was stuck in school and I was that if I did not accommodate their new delivery time and I was not there to receive the car that they would take the car to the next city over and it was my burden and responsibility to pick the car up in Los Angeles.This was less than ideal, and very displeasing.
