I had never shipped a car before and I had no idea what I was doing. The people at AmeriFreight explained the process, took my info and that was all I had to do. The car as picked up right in the middle of my window and the final price was very close to the price AF quoted me. Unfortunately, the carrier was hard to reach, gave me incorrect information and my car arrived with a filthy interior. But throughout the whole thing, my agent at AF was available, helpful and supportive. Usually I am disappointed with the customer service most companies offer, but I was very impressed by AmeriFreight's customer service. Would definitely use them again.
