Very easy to use. I was able to negotiate the quote and arrange pick-up and delivery with just a few phone calls - all while in a different state. My only comment would be that my quote was 1050 which appeared to be the standard for my pick up and drop off locations for 3-5 day pick up window. Although the first carrier that responded ended up accepting this rate my broker encouraged me to accept his initial offers of 1150 and 1100. I held out and then he accepted the 1050.
