The agent talked me into a upgraded service that costed more (with this company the quote was actually more expensive than other quotes I got), so that the car can be picked up within 5 days and delivered at a specific date. I needed to ship the car soon so I took it. The pickup was on time. The delivery was late for a whole week, and messed up my schedule a bit. Not very happy about it. Once the car is with the transportation company and they said they will not be able to deliver it on time, there is really not too much you can do except extending the car rental period.
