There was a communication gap between the actual company who did the shipping and the amerifrieght consultant who set up the order. Amerifrieght consultant was quick to respond until the shipping company had been found, and once they were found/assigned, he didn't respond any further. I had to call the driver several times to make sure about the pick up time, and it was finally picked up 2 days after the assigned date. Yet, thankfully they managed to deliver the car on-time. Overall, a good experience in terms of shipping but there was some tense period initially.
