I had an antique car picked up from my house in Pittsburgh to be delivered to family member in Jersey. The carrier was late on pickup and delivery and was terrible at communicating status. Customer service for Amerifreight was good except for the fact that they did not offer any solution or discount for recommending a carrier that had poor service. This is in fact their policy but they should take more responsibility for situations like this.
